Refunds/Cancellations

In case you wish to cancel one or all of our services availed by you or your organisation, please get in touch with your account manager or write to us at j.kaur@digilabs.media with a specific reason for cancellation & the same shall be resolved by our team within 3 working days. And the refund will be made through a credit note or into the bank account of the client as per the standard process (subject to case to case basis)
